ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TERMINALS 1-3
Please follow the BLUE signs that take you to the OFFSITE PARKING/HOTEL SHUTTLE STATION. **Please note this is NOT where you were dropped off for departure.
The OFFSITE PARKING/HOTEL SHUTTLE STATION is located at TERMINAL 2 on the baggage claim (lower) level. Once there, please make your way to DOOR 2E and proceed outside towards the middle lane of traffic. Remain on the sidewalk until the ONESPOT shuttle arrives. During peak times it could take 20+ minutes for a shuttle bus to arrive, our busses only wait for 5 minutes before continuing on the route to pick up more customers.
