Your reservation confirmation can be found by in your email inbox. However, if you do not believe you have received your confirmation email, please call our facility to have them re-send the confirmation email.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, simply contact us at +1 (847) 805-8885 or e-mail us at info@ohareparking.com

If you cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to arrival time, you will receive a full refund.

Making a reservation is recommended but not required. A reservation at One Spot Valet Airport Parking sets aside a parking space for you in either economy or premium parking and is highly recommended for peak travel times.

I did not get a One Spot Valet Airport Parking receipt, how do I request one?2020-04-27T11:51:49-04:00

If you are a daily parker and didn’t get a receipt, please call the garage office at +1 (847) 805-8885 or e-mail us at info@ohareparking.com with details of your visit including the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the amount, and date of your transaction. We will e-mail you a receipt.

One Spot Valet Airport Parking shuttles will pick you up from the Bus & Shuttle center after your arrive back to O’Hare airport.  Please follow the signs to the Bus & Shuttle center after retrieving your bags.  See below for examples of the Bus & Shuttle center signs.
